Privacy Policy

Effective July 13, 2026

The short version: Billhead has no accounts, no analytics, and no ads. Your documents live on your device and in your own iCloud. We never see them.

What Billhead stores, and where

Everything you create in Billhead — business profile, clients, estimates, invoices, receipts, photos, and your logo — is stored on your device and, when iCloud is available, synced through your personal iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit private database). That data belongs to you and is protected by your Apple ID. It is not stored on servers we operate, and we cannot access, read, or recover it.

What we don't collect

Purchases

Paid upgrades are processed by Apple through your App Store account; we never see your payment details. To recognize a purchase across your devices, Billhead uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous purchase record tied to a random identifier — never your name, email, or any of your documents.

Documents you share

When you send a PDF from Billhead — by mail, message, or any share sheet — that copy leaves the app and travels however you sent it. What a document contains is up to you; sharing is always something you start.

Support email

If you email support@billhead.app, we receive your address and whatever you include, and we use it only to reply. We don't add you to any list.

Deleting your data

There is no account to delete. Remove individual documents in the app, or erase everything under Settings → Erase All Content. To also remove synced data from iCloud, delete Billhead's data in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. We won't weaken the core promise — no accounts, no tracking, your data in your iCloud — without saying so plainly.
