Terms of Use

Effective July 13, 2026

Billhead is a tool for creating business documents. These terms keep it simple: your documents are yours, and you're responsible for what you send with them.

Using Billhead

Billhead, made by Bagel Labs LLC ("we"), lets you create estimates, invoices, receipts, and related documents. You may use it only in compliance with applicable law and Apple's App Store terms.

Your content

Everything you enter — business details, clients, line items, photos, logos — is yours. We claim no rights to it, and because it lives on your device and in your iCloud, we never have a copy. Make sure you have the rights to any logo or photo you use on your documents.

Your documents are your responsibility

Billhead formats documents; it doesn't provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. The accuracy of amounts, tax rates, and terms — and whether an invoice meets the legal requirements of your jurisdiction — is your responsibility.

Purchases

Paid upgrades are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Pricing is shown in the app before you buy; refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple under their terms.

Free previews

Documents exported on the free tier carry a visible SAMPLE stamp. Upgrading removes the stamp from future exports.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Billhead is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bagel Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Billhead in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its effective date. Continuing to use Billhead after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Questions: support@billhead.app.
