Where is my data?
On your device, and — when iCloud is signed in — in your personal iCloud. There's no Billhead account and no server of ours holding your documents. That's also why there's nothing to "log in" to: your Apple ID is the whole story.
How do I move to a new iPhone?
Sign the new phone into the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled and install Billhead. Your business profile, clients, and documents sync down automatically.
Why does my PDF say SAMPLE?
Free previews carry a diagonal SAMPLE stamp so you can try every feature before paying. Upgrading removes the stamp from everything you export afterward.
How do I get everything out?
Settings → Data → Export data produces spreadsheet-ready CSV files (clients, documents, line items, payments) plus your PDFs. Your records are portable — that's deliberate.
Can a client get documents in Spanish?
Yes — language is a per-client setting. Set a client to Spanish and every document you send them renders with Spanish labels, dates, and money formatting, while the app stays in your language.
How do I delete everything?
There's no account to close. Settings → Erase All Content clears the app; to remove synced data too, delete Billhead's data in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
